Everyone can make a difference to another. The hotel team from Kempinski Hotel Tel Aviv proved it. Suffering from a critical illness, Alma spends most of her time in bed and had daydreamed for months of all the ways she could restyle her bedroom. She needed a fresh skyline, and maybe to uncover a new life perspective too. Make-A-Wish Israel was made aware of her wish and decided to answer her longing. They fixed a date for the makeover, but Alma had to be safe and comfortable during that time.
Kempinski Hotel Tel Aviv didn’t hesitate for a second to help and invited her and her family to the hotel for a hearty breakfast and a good rest afterwards in a comfortable guest room. Yuval Pomerantz (Director of HR, left) and Guy Klaiman (General Manager, right) personally made sure that Alma felt happy. On her return at home, she found her familiar space had been transformed beyond her dreams, ready to surround a new chapter of her life. Whoever saves a soul saves an entire world.
