Xavier joined Kempinski Hotels in 2011 and he is now Kempinski's Chief Operating Officer for Europe and the Americas. 

With his extensive international experience in hotel operations and his strong leadership skills, Xavier has taken a keen interest in BE Health since its foundation and has never ceased to support its activities. 

Since May 2024, Xavier serves BE Health with his human insight, deep commitment and broad professional experience, and is highly committed to steering BE Health's growth and consolidation. 

Xavier holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland and has been awarded the title of Knight of the National Order of Agricultural Merit for his contribution to France's interests in the world.
